By placing an order on the Kuriauddo website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Return & Refund Policy.


Refunds

If you submit a refund request and it is approved by Kuriauddo, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–15 business days after approval.
Please note that the actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.


30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

If there is an issue with your order — including but not limited to defective products, incorrect items, damaged items, or dissatisfaction with the product — please contact Kuriauddo Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may return the item to us.
Please ensure the order number is clearly written on the return package, as this is required to correctly process your return or refund.

If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund. Simply let us know the model you would like.

⚠️ Do not return any items before receiving return instructions from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Eligibility by Region

  • United States:
    Returns are accepted for U.S. orders and must be sent to our U.S. return center.

  • International Orders:
    Physical returns from outside the United States are not accepted.
    International customers should contact our support team for alternative solutions, such as a replacement or partial refund.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Kuriauddo reserves the right to refuse any return request if it is determined to be caused by malicious or fraudulent activity, including abusive or competitive misuse.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a verified quality issue or arrived damaged.


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Locate your order information and prepare your order number.

  2. Contact Kuriauddo Customer Support and choose the service type: Return or Exchange.

  3. Clearly describe the issue and upload supporting photos if applicable (e.g. damaged or defective items).

  4. Once your request is received, a Kuriauddo Customer Service representative will respond within 24 hours on business days (up to 48 hours on weekends).

  5. Follow the instructions provided by our support team to complete the process.

⚠️ Returns are only accepted at our U.S. return center. We do not accept physical returns shipped from outside the United States.


Kuriauddo Responsibility

Item Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, Kuriauddo will take full responsibility and offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item


Incorrect Item Received

If the item you received does not match your order details (model, specifications, color, or style), Kuriauddo will take full responsibility.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the received item


Missing Parts or Defects

If your item arrives with missing parts or visible defects, please contact us with photos and your order number.

If the issue does not affect normal use and you prefer to keep the item, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as compensation.


Product Failure Within 30 Days

If the item develops a quality or workmanship issue within 30 days of delivery, Kuriauddo will:

  • Provide a free replacement, or

  • Offer a discount code toward a new purchase, including free shipping


Customer Responsibility

Size or Compatibility Issues

If the item does not meet your expectations due to size, compatibility, or personal preference, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

You may return or exchange the item; however, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Change of Mind

If you simply do not like the style, color, or appearance of the item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days.
Return shipping costs apply.


Important Notes

  • Please contact Customer Support before returning any item.

  • Items must be returned with complete original packaging to avoid affecting resale.

  • Product images may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and photography conditions.

  • Measurements may have a 1–3mm variance due to manual measurement.

  • Kuriauddo does not provide return or replacement services for products not purchased directly from Kuriauddo.
